Shipping Policy
There is no minimum quantity needed to place an order. Orders are shipped UPS Ground, FedEx Ground or Common Carrier, whichever is least expensive. You may also use your own UPS, FedEx or Common Carrier account number.

Freight charges are not included in the published price. Applicable freight charges will be added to your invoice. 99% of orders over $1000, after all discounts are applied, will ship for free. Free freight only covers standard delivery. Free Freight orders may be subject to additional accessorial charges that are not covered by NAPS Poly Bag. These accessorial charges include: oversize items, overweight items, special access, lift gate services, calls for delivery appointments, inside deliveries, residential pick up/delivery, guaranteed delivery, etc.

For LTL shipments, in order to communicate a shipping damage claim to the freight company, a photo of the damage should be supplied. The photo should show the damaged product still on the pallet and either still in the truck or on the dock. If the Bill of Lading does not show damage or product loss, we will unfortunately not be able to approve any claims for such damage or loss of product.

We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, PO Boxes or Internationally. 

Returns
Contact us within 30 days for a return authorization number and receive a merchandise credit, replacement, or refund.
